Clovelly Parish & Memorial Hall opened on 1st October 1966. The hall stands as a lasting tribute to those from the parish who gave their lives in the two World Wars of 1914–18 and 1939–45. Built in their remembrance, it has become a central part of village life, serving as a focal point for the many activities and events that bring the Clovelly community together.
The hall is a versatile venue suitable for a wide range of occasions, including weddings, christenings, funerals, family celebrations, parties, and live music or stage performances. It also offers meeting rooms and regularly hosts fitness classes and children’s activities, making it a valuable space for all ages.
Outside, there is a football pitch and a BBQ hut, along with portable barbecues and a bouncy castle available for hire.
A play park is also on site, although it is currently unavailable while improvement works are being carried out.

The hall benefits from a car park and full disabled access, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all visitors.
Hall bookings are available for those looking to hire the space for their own events.
The hall is regularly used by a variety of local groups and organisations, reflecting its important role within the community. Regular users include Clovelly Women’s Institute, Music Dots, Clovelly Twinning, Clovelly Parish Council, and Hartland Arts and Crafts, all of whom contribute to the vibrant and active community life centred around the hall.
